Quality Assurance Testing and Criteria for Registration

QA TESTING CRITERIA

° Your FRID membership in must be current in order to be considered for testing.

° To expidite your testing schedule and receipt of your results, PLEASE include a copy of you FRID Membership Card when you send your application for testing.

° Your membership will be verified by the QA scheduler prior to assigning you to a testing date and again by the QA Chair prior to sending out results.

° The QA scheduler cannot reserve any slots for screening without an application in hand.   

° If you are interested in a specific site/date, send your application with the request. You will be scheduled if it is available and notified if it is not.

° No results will be sent to non-members
