Effective Immediately: All QA written and performance tests will be scheduled through Mrs. Linda Horton. Applications should be sent to: F.R.I.D. QA Application P. O. Box 273246 Tampa, FL 33688-3246 The QA scheduler cannot reserve any slots for screening without an application in hand. Mail is received on a daily basis and slots fill quickly. If you are interested in a specific site or date, send your application with that request, if it is available, you will be scheduled, if it is not available, you will be notified and scheduled accordingly.
